Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. Sign-up is completely free and we won't ask for payment information unless you choose a paid plan.
Is my data secure?+
All data is encrypted. Our servers are on Hostinger with multiple security layers. Passwords are stored with bcrypt.
Can I issue invoices in different currencies?+
Yes. Fawtara supports 12 currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, EGP, SAR, AED, KWD, QAR, BHD, OMR, JOD, LBP) and each invoice has its own currency.
Can I convert a quote to an invoice?+
In one click. The quote turns into a new invoice with the same line items and client info; the quote's status updates to "converted".
Can I download my invoice as PDF?+
Yes. On the invoice detail page, click "Print/PDF" and pick "Save as PDF" in your browser.
Is my data from the old version still here?+
Yes. Fawtara V2 reads and writes the same database. All your invoices, clients, and expenses are intact.
Can I create an invoice without an account?+
Yes. From the "Start a guest invoice" button on the landing page, you can create and download an invoice without signing up.
What's the difference between Fawtara and Rezolyzer?+
Fawtara is a sub-product of Rezolyzer, focused on invoice management. Rezolyzer is the parent company offering multiple business products.
