Fawtara is a financial service for managing invoices, quotes, and expenses, targeted at freelancers and small businesses. The service is a sub-product of Rezolyzer.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (email and password) confidential. Any activity from your account is your responsibility.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Misuse of the system, including unauthorized access attempts, is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

The service and all associated content (except your data) are owned by Rezolyzer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload (invoices, clients, etc.). We store it securely and do not share it with third parties without your consent.

7. Payment and subscription

The free plan is always available within stated limits. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We don\'t guarantee it will be error-free or available 24/7. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from use of the service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect on the date of posting.
